Fool finally on the map
CAMDEN’S musical legacy has been officially put on the map by the British Tourist Board.
The map, launched on Monday and christened England Rocks! sets out a tour for music fans to embark on throughout the country, taking in England’s famous musical landmarks.
The map features some of Camden’s most renowned venues including the Dublin Castle, the Good Mixer, the Roundhouse and Primrose Hill, which is thought to be the inspiration behind the McCartney-penned song Fool on the Hill, following a mysterious encounter with a man there.
