Hewitt a crime victim

HEALTH Secretary Patricia Hewitt joined the borough’s list of crime victims when windows at her Camden Town home were smashed on Tuesday.
Police are investigating how windows to the rear of her Rochester Square town house came to be broken in mid-afternoon – a tactic employed by burglars to test whether homes are occupied before they strike.
A spokeswoman for Ms Hewitt declined to comment.
