Spy author tracks tomorrow's good reads
CHILDRENS author and TV scriptwriter Anthony
Horowitz judged a writing competition for youngsters on Saturday.
Mr Horowitz, who created the ITV series Foyles War and
writes the Alex Rider spy stories for children, was at Keats
House in Keats Grove, Hampstead, to hand out prizes to the young
authors.
Mathew Rosen, who came third in the 11-15 age group, is a big
fan of the writer.
The 12-year-old, who lives in Heath Close, said: My story
was about a ship that is going to crash and everyone gets scared.
