Fire victims are named
THE identities of two people killed in a sauna blaze the weekend before last were revealed at their inquest this week.
Perihan Djelal, 34, from Tottenham, and Daniel Eamonn O’Halloran, 44, of east London, were confirmed to have died in the fire at A Touch of Class Sauna in Royal College Street last Saturday.
Their inquests, at St Pancras Coroners’ Court, were later adjourned. A resumption date has not been set.
Although the fire was initially treated as suspicious, within days police investigating the cause ruled it was an accident. They believe it was started by an electrical fault. |
