Tory drug
pledge
CONSERVATIVE election hopefuls will promise a major crackdown
on drug dealers when they launch their manifesto on Monday night.
Tory leader Councillor Piers Wauchope said that his party would
take stronger action against the cannabis and crack cocaine
dealers that plague Camden Town.
He said: There has been no will at all in the Labour party
in Camden to come up with a serious policy to deal with drug
related crime. This is shown by the number of gangs dealing
in drugs quite openly in Camden High Street every single day. |
