Title triumph for first-timers North side
CHAMPIONS North Side were celebrating at the weekend after winning the Division Three title in their first ever season in the Camden Sunday League.
The Islington-based side stormed to glory as they won 15 of their 16 games to finish the campaign 10 points clear, scoring an incredible 63 goals along way.
In their last outing, Chris O’Brien and Che Caffoor, who have now scored 32 and 18 goals respectively this season, were both on target as North Side rounded off their league fixtures with a 2-1 victory over The Constitution. |
