Beer goose chase

• I AM doing some research on my family history and discovered that an ancestor, Alois Zugelter, according to the 1901 census, was a beer house keeper at 99 Arlington Road.
I have been reading about the Crown and Goose at 100 Arlington road and wondered if there is a connection. I would be grateful if anyone has any information.
