Battle over TV aerial

WARRING neighbours are set to come face-to-face in a courtroom battle over a TV aerial.
Ruth Barnes, 62, is to face trial accused of cutting through the aerial leading to neighbour Andrea Dawson’s TV in her Parliament Hill Mansions flat in Lissenden Gardens, Gospel Oak.
If convicted of the offence, Ms Barnes will also face charges of breaching a restraining order banning her from harassing and pestering Ms Dawson.
The charges, which the prosecution say occurred between August and December last year, relate to a long-running dispute between the feuding neighbours.
Ms Barnes appeared before Highbury Corner Magistrates last week (Thursday), but the case was postponed due to lack of court time.
She was released on unconditional bail.
