Ed Walsh
Walsh makes waves

STAR swimmer Ed Walsh made waves at the weekend when he finished fourth in the Great Britain National Championships in Manchester.
The talented youngster, who trains with the Camden Swiss Cottage Swimming Club, just missed out on the medals in the finals of the men’s 18 and under 50m freestyle when he touched home in a time of 24.63 seconds.
Club mate Laura Hobbs was also in action in Manchester, finishing 32nd in the women’s 50m backstroke in 32.51.
