Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Published: 31 May 2007
£2m to the poor
• I REFER to a recent article regarding the man who won the rights to land on Hampstead Heath worth £2 million.
I admire him for the very simple life he led for 18 years in a shack on the mentioned land, and I wish him well.
He said that he was going to make a will and leave the land to the Queen. Surely, the money would be better left to people like yourself, sir, deprived of the basic human rights of food, water or shelter. NAME AND ADDRESS SUPPLIED
