Heath ride for cyclists

A mass bike ride is planned for Hampstead Heath on Sunday (July 1) as part of a campaign for more cycle paths there.
Jean Dollimore, of Camden Cycling Campaign, said: “We are doing this ride to demonstrate people cycling on designated paths can mingle in a friendly manner with other visitors to the Heath.”
The ride starts at 10.45am from the East Heath Road car park.

Meet the candidates

CANDIDATES slugging out the Haverstock by-election will face potential voters at hustings next Thursday (July 5).
The hustings are at St Silas Church Hall in Malden Road.
Open to all, the session begins at 7pm.
