Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Published: 5 July 2007
It’s the squeaky wheel that gets the grease
• LOCAL governments are supposed to be modernising to bring service standards up to residents’ satisfactions levels and in most part assessments and surveys show that Camden is performing well. However, in some areas the council is failing to ‘drive up standards’ – such as dealing with complaints and housing management.
I am a Camden resident who wants to get in contact with other residents who are not happy with how
Camden Council manages its complaints system and who want to do something to improve the service.
