Pint-sized police and four-foot firemen bring a dash of colour to street party
FLASHING fire engines and the black and white motley of the police in your street are usually bad signs. Not so for the residents of one street in Gospel Oak on Sunday though, where the only police presence carried cupcakes and the fire fighters were under four foot tall.
