In the dark about recycling
•GORDON Brown and his government should address the serious issue of recycling. If there were a better dialogue between supermarket chains, producers, government (national and local), I’m sure they could come up with a 10-point plan to stop using so much unnecessary packaging, which comprises much of our waste.
Most people are in the dark over what can and cannot be recycled. Let’s make it clearer by labelling.
This could be done at source by the producers. EILEEN FRY
