£32m sale of 'Fame Academy"

FORMER Fame Academy mansion Witanhurst has been sold to a private developer for an estimated £32 million.
The Grade II listed house on Highgate Hill has been sold to the St John’s Wood-based Marcus Cooper Group who say they want to convert it into a £150m home.
