Mayor acts

• I WROTE to Ken Livingstone to urge him to intervene with the stopping-up order of Dalby Street.
This is a project which planned to narrow Prince of Wales Road, a busy traffic and bus route, from nine metres to six.
It also closed Dalby Street, the route to the Talacre Community Sports Centre, forever.
Is it any wonder at all that Mayor Ken Livingstone saw fit to recommend an independent inquiry?
