Age Concern bbq enjoys a rare break in the weather
SILVER-HAIRED revellers enjoyed a glimpse of sunshine on Saturday at the Age Concern summer fete.
Pensioners flocked to the annual event at Henderson Court in Fitzjohn’s Avenue, Hampstead. The fun included a search for bargains in the book and clothes stall and a prize raffle.
But the biggest draw of them all was the barbecue, where sausages and burgers were on the grill all day.
