Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Published:16 August 2007
Poor form
• WHEN I filled in the Kentish Town swimming baths consultation form, with respect to its refurbishment, I naively indicated that I would favour modern showering and changing facilities. I had absolutely no idea whatsoever at the time that I was being duped into signing up for unisex facilities. No one specifically asked whether I would wish for a unisex “village” with men and women showering and changing either together or within an open-plan situation. That is a travesty of my reply and I now wish to clarify my position:
I do not want, in any circumstance, to shower or change anywhere near members of the opposite sex. CAROL O'BREIN
