Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Published: 6 September 2007
Dreams of a fox-hunt
• I CAN’T sleep I can’t sleep I can’t sleep. I am told that the foxes in my back garden only scream briefly and will soon stop.
It has now been four months of regular nightly screaming.
A combination of mating and/or fighting for ‘top dog’ position. early in the morning. I see them sunning on my neighbour’s lawn and all sorts of not-so-nice thoughts go through my head about how to dispense with them.
It’s now at the very least five years of these horrendous night screams and they aren’t going away. Camden won’t discuss them.
The RSPCA are there to rescue them and everyone gets all uppity if I refer to them as pests. I just want to sleep. If the 393 ran all night I would be on it just to get some sleep! Help! L JANSEN
