Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Published: 6 September 2007
Petition for children
•WITH reference to the New Journal’s reports about the sad experiences of local ‘Lil NW5 runaway’ Salma ElSharkawy’s and family, part of the problem is that children in United Kingdom law have little or no right to protection from abuse of their human rights by public offices. There is a petition at the Number 10 web site at URL http://petitions.pm. gov.uk/law-reform about changing that situation.
Please sign it – the Number 10 team behind the website will not leak any private information such as your email address and postcode, disclosed in the process. Name and address supplied
