Green group celebrates

PRIMROSE Hill residents were celebrating this week after plans to pull down two Victorian villas in the Primrose Hill Conservation Area and replace them with a block of flats were thrown out by councillors.
The development, on the corner of Elsworthy Road, was dismissed on Thursday night by the Town Hall planning committee after 125 neighbours objected to the scheme.
