Parking penalties

• FURTHER to my letter about parking penalties (Tourist’s parking rip-off incident shames us all, September 7).
Vouchers more than covered the time but the driver has now received a red final notice. Can anyone suggest how one deals with this? The letter I wrote to the box number which deals with these matters has not sent a reply.
