Julie’s League Cup triple strike
League Cup Round One
Arsenal 4, Doncaster Belles 1
A HAT-TRICK from Julie Fleeting saw Arsenal Ladies progress against Doncaster Belles at Boreham Wood FC on Sunday.
Fleeting put Arsenal 2-0 up within five minutes but Donny were back into it on the half hour when Vicky Exley scored from the penalty spot.
Hampstead School old girl Rachel Yankey extended Arsenal’s lead just after the break and it was over on 87 minutes when Fleeting completed her hat-trick to make it 4-1.
The Gunners will play Birmingham City in the next round.

Premier Division
Spurs 0, Long Lane 1
A MISSED penalty proved costly as Spurs lost out 1-0 against Long Lane.
The visitors took the lead midway through the first half but Spurs had a chance to level when Claire Singh’s cross was handled. Rosi Webb’s spot kick bounced off the crossbar though and Long took all three points.
Greater London League
Division One
Hillingddon 2, Camden 1
CAMDEN Town came from a goal down but lost out 2-1 away to Hillingdon Borough.
Kath Wickens equalised after good work from Susanna Twidale and Carol Brown but the home side added a second 20 minutes from time.
Division Two
South Kikk 5, Katabella 0
A SECOND half blitz saw Katabella lose 5-0 to Kikk. New signing Franziska John, Amy Lamont, Jen Berlin and stand-in keeper Rachel Ojelade battled well for the Camden side.
But Kikk stepped up a gear in the second half to add four goals to their tally.
Middlesex Girls League
HAMPSTEAD enjoyed an unbeaten weekend, with four teams netting 25 goals. A goal from Isabelle Smedley saw the under-11s draw with Watford Youth. The under-13s beat Headstone Manor 5-2 thanks to goals from Sika King (2), Kirsty Graham, Shauna Magner and Tara Campbell.
The under-14s were a player down but still won 9-1 against Whetstone with Samara Scott bagging a hat-trick and Chloe and Sophie Fogarty and Manika Goode hitting a brace.
Aisha Bolaji hit six as the under-16s hit Parkfield for double figures. Georgia Mays (2), Frankie Boon and Rochelle Etienne also scored as Hampstead ran out 10-0 winners.
