Kickboxer has sights on European glory
Fighter selected for Great Britain in championships
KICKBOXING sensation Audifax Kinga is gearing up to take on some of the finest fighters that Europe has to offer after being selected to represent Great Britain in the World Association of Kickboxing Organisations (WAKO) European Championships.
The 27-year-old, who lives in Camden Road, will travel to Macedonia next weekend to represent his country in the under 69kg light-contact category.
Audi (right), a senior instructor at Springhealth Kickboxing Gym in York Way, first started training more than seven years ago. Since then the powerful fighter, who gained his first Dan blackbelt towards the end of last year, has gone on to win countless accolades, including five British titles.
And Audi is determined to return home with a top honour.
He said: "I have my sights set on capturing a European title and that's what I'm going to do. I've been working hard in training and I know that when I perform to my best nothing can stop me."
