Arsenal Ladies hold onto unbeaten run
JAYNE Ludlow (pictured) hit her first hat-trick of the season to maintain Arsenal’s unbeaten league run.
The Wales and Arsenal captain opened the scoring on 17 minutes, slotting home after Kelly Smith’s shot came back off the post.
Ludlow volleyed in her second seven minutes later and hit her ninth goal in 16 games with 15 minutes to go.
Scotland captain Julie Fleeting also got on the scoresheet, hitting her 22nd goal in 14 starts this term.
With seven wins out of seven, the Gunners sit a point behind joint leaders Charlton and Leeds with two games in hand.

Hendon 0, Spurs 0
SPURS were unable to turn possession into goals in their final outing of the year on Sunday.
Keeper Lacey Amato ensured the home side were just as frustrated as the two teams battled out a goalless draw.
Spurs could have won it, had Kat Clinton’s free kick not been kept out by the crossbar.
Middlesex Girls League
HAMPSTEAD’S under-11s and 12s finished the year with victories.
The under-11s sealed a narrow 1-0 win over Headstone Manor.
Hamps under-12s were also victorious as they netted a resounding 8-1 win over Hendon.
Hannah McWilliams and Missy Robinson both bagged braces, while Mim Sandler Chadwick, Janet Bunjo, Natalia Wilk and Taylor Bonner-Dean were also all on target.
The girls also saw off St Joseph’s 6-5 on Sunday with player of the match McWilliams hitting a hat-trick. Missy Robinson scored twice, along with goals from Isabella Yianni and Wilk.Premier League
