Centre loss a ‘scandal’
• I agree with every word of Hugh Sturrock’s letter about the demise of the Highgate Centre (November 1).
It’s one of the worst scandals in the history of Camden’s flawed work with mental health. Perhaps Hugh and fellow users could contact the Stuart Low Trust, which offers 24-hour facilities for people affected by mental distress and isolation. The address is Office 7, The Claremont, 24-27 White Lion Street, London N1 9PD, tel 020 7713 9304. JOHN HORDER, NW6
