Poor taste!
• THE normally tasteful Clare Latimer referred to her trip to Norfolk and the road kill lining her path: “there were the usual foxes, badgers, pheasants…” (A bumper selection of seasonal fare from the road to Norfolk, November 15). It is tragic if we have really come to accept this slaughter as normal and gut-churning that it should turn up in your recipe column – ugh! DOMINIC COLE
