Camden New Journal - Letters to the Editor Published: 29 November 2007
Parking and pregnancy • I HAVE to write in response to the “poor” woman with the parking problem (The walk to school can prove an impossibility, November 22). My partner is also seven months pregnant and has two boys, 7 and 14, and still walks the little one to school – about a third of a mile regardless of the weather. Because we live on the first floor she then has 33 steps to climb on her return and can still walk approximately one mile each way to Kentish Town.
My point is that she manages this with no whingeing or whining. GS, NW1
