Fencing ace Curtis is the golden boy

MEMBERS of Camden Fencing Club proved their point at the Bristol Cadet Championships at the weekend when they dominated the winners’ podium.
Swashbuckling 16-year-old Curtis Miller took gold after narrowly out-pointing team-mate Soji Aiyenuro 15-13 in the final of the national Under-17s competition, while Fabio Artesi captured bronze.
The club, which is based in Acland Burghley School in Tufnell Park, last week was given a cash boost of £600 to spend on new equipment after being nominated by English Fencing for the Cutlers Award in recognition of its outstanding contribution to community sport.
