Newly weds embrace traditional finery
IT was their special day, but 400 guests separated the bride and groom from each other last weekend.
Newly weds Abdul Rahman and Rehala Begum, from Elm Village in Euston, tied the knot in a traditional Muslim
ceremony at the London Irish Centre on Sunday. While the groom prayed with clerics and feasted on Indian delicacies, the young bride waited in an ante-chamber of the Camden Square venue in the company of her female consorts, before it was her turn to eat and celebrate.
