Sharp-shooting: Cumberland net 247
SHARP-SHOOTER Krista Priscott, pictured going for goal, helped take Cumberland Netball Club to a series of impressive victories in November as the triumphant team scored a whopping 247 goals in just four games. The Camden-based club continued their unbeaten run on Saturday with a convincing win over Palmers Green in the London and South-East Regional League.
Cumberland, who are currently joint top of the table, went into the match with a new team combination
owing to injuries and absences.
Player-of-the-match Petra Keogh switched from her usual position as centre to play goal shooter, hitting a 90 per cent accuracy rating to help earn her team 73-41
victory.
