Starry shows! Nativity performances are a hit
FROM Camden Town to Kilburn, primary school children came up with starry performances for their end-of-term shows, wowing teachers and proud parents. These New Journal snaps come from nativity shows at Holy Trinity in Swiss Cottage, Hampstead Parochial School, Fitzjohns and New End in Hampstead, St Eugene de Mazenod in Kilburn, and a production of Jack and The Beanstalk at Hawley School.
They were taken in the run-up to Christmas as our photographers visited schools in every corner of the borough. Congratulations and season’s greetings to everybody who took part in some of the best productions Camden schools have staged at Christmas time.
See next week’s New Journal for another selection of the best nativity and seasonal shows from Camden’s primaries, including shots from a couple of casts of Oliver! and nativity magic from more schools. Remember – the newspaper will be available from December 31.
