New Year cheer: School team clinch basketball title

YOUNGSTERS from Brookfield Primary School will cheer in the new year as champions after winning their first-ever title in the Camden School Sports Association Basketball League.
Held at the Talacre Sports Centre in ­Kentish Town, the ­triumphant Year 5 and Year 6 team saw off competition from seven other primary schools to get their hands on the winners’ shield.
