Local jobs at super lab
• I DO not believe that building a £500m super lab on the vacant site behind the British Library would bring employment opportunities to local people (Brill Place discussions, February 26).
A five-star hotel opened several years ago just down the street, but the employees there do not appear to be locals at all. St Pancras Station does not seem to employ local residents, either.
I wonder whether it is because we are unemployable.
Hopefully, I would be able to apply for a cleaning job in the super lab when it is built!
