Unstoppable Mirsad is all action
MIDDLEWEIGHT Mirsad Brahimi reigned in the ring on Thursday when he beat Finchley’s Chris Stukins at the Boston Dome in Tufnell Park. Mirsad, who trains at Islington Boxing Club, showed a tremendous array of punches as he out-pointed his opponent over three rounds.
The unorthodox fighter caused problems for Stukins from the opening bell as he unleashed a barrage of punches from all angles.
Mirsad looked sharper as the fight wore on and delivered some devastating blows in the second, forcing the referee to intervene and give Stukins a standing count towards the end of the round.
In the third and final round, Mirsad wrapped up a solid performance with yet more relentless attacks, comprehensively earning the judges’ decision.
