Book pilot

• YOUR snippet about a possible Donate-a-book scheme needs correction (March 26).
Library users will not be asked to donate funds to help buy more books. The proposal, still in its infancy, is a possible pilot whereby people can donate books, which if in good condition and deemed suitable, may be added to the shelves.
