Camden New Journal - LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Published: 14 May 2009

Where are nurses who saved me 32 years ago?

• I WONDER if you can help me? I was featured in the (old) Camden Journal in October 1977 when I was involved in a car accident as a child.
The crash happened at Jeffrey Street, Camden Town. I was given life-saving treatment by two local off-duty nurses. One, who happened to be passing by at the time of the accident, was Caroline Morrell, a 24-year-old agency nurse who was working at the Royal Free Hospital, Hampstead. The other was 30-year-old Carmen Morgan; she lived nearby in Wilmot Place and was alerted by neighbours.
I would love to get a chance to track them down. Can anybody help?
Please could you contact me through the New Journal if you feel you may be able to help?
Nick Caccavone
Farnborough, Hants
