Arts and crafts help
• I WAS invited to have a stand at Lauderdale House for the early May bank holiday (May 4).
Though the weather proved cold and windy, for me it was a great success.
It happened to be the second time I have worked here at this 16th century building.
But if it wasn’t for the Camden New Journal I would not have found this exclusive opportunity.
My first “taster” session to try my luck selling hand-made blank cards was in March.
I found out about arts and craft fairs from your advertisements in your paper.
So, I made some inquiries and made contact with a very helpful and understanding organiser at Lauderdale House. So, I just wanted to say a big thank you to Elizabeth Nelson for all her support and encouragement.
