40p to spend a penny

• THE public toilets in Camden Lock are now charging 40p for entrance.
This is being enforced by attendants and rather aggressive security guards. As a tourist attraction which attracts many visitors both local and overseas, I would have thought that toilets facilities without charge would be a moral, if not legal obligation.
