The Mini athletics team, who came eighth

London Youth and Mini Games Special

SPORTING youngsters from Camden’s were in London Youth and Mini Games action at Crystal Palace.
The competitions see all 33 London boroughs take part in a host of sports, with senior school pupils entering the main games and primary school children competing in the mini component.
Camden entered 35 teams in 28 sports in the main games this year and finished 21st. That final placing was decided this weekend when the tally of points racked up in various sports over the last three weeks was boosted by teams competing in finals weekend.
Four of the borough’s Mini Games teams finished in the top 10 when they competed on Thursday.
