Heath robbers are still at it
• LAST week, you reported robbers struck on the heath. Well, they’re still at it. I was assaulted by five young men on Sunday night and made to hand over my wallet and mobile phone. Luckily I didn't have any cash or cards and my mobile phone was a cheap one.
After I had been forcefully searched, the culprits found nothing of value. Yet leaving me in a state of shock, they went on to beat up and rob other gay men on the Heath.
I do hope that when the robbers are apprehended, the justice system will apply the full measure of the law and not be influenced by the do-gooders who are not concerned about the victims.
