Leafblower nuisance
• A RECENT correspondent raised concerns about the use of leafblowers and other machinery in our parks.
I share these concerns about this trend to rely on machinery which is extremely noisy and destroys the tranquillity of our parks. It’s not only leafblowers but the constant use of vehicles in parks that are a problem.
I am taking this up with Camden’s executive members who have to date not shown any enthusiasm about tackling this problem.
