Town continue to struggle
THINGS are going from bad to worse for Kentish Town Football Club as they continue to falter in the Premier Division of the Spartan South Midlands League.
The struggling side remain bottom of the table after suffering a 7-1 defeat against Chalfont St Peter on Saturday, and have now conceded 44 goals in just 12 games.
The only brief highlight saw player/manager Rakatahr Hudson combine well with Luke Kavanagh to set-up Uduma Kalu for a well-taken consolation goal.
Hudson said after the game: “We have let ourselves down over the last few weeks. It’s a hard league and if we are not at our best we are going to struggle. We have had a tough run of fixtures, at a time when we have suffered many injuries,” he added. “We are now getting key players back and hope to turn things round over the next few weeks.” |
