Four deny murder charge
FOUR youths appeared in court on Monday charged with the murder of schoolboy Martin Dinnegan. The accused include Sean Clarke, 18, and Rene Jean-Baptiste, 20. Two others, a 16-year-old and a 15-year old, cannot be named by court order as they are classified as juveniles,
All denied a murder count at the Old Bailey and are being held in custody.
Martin, 14, a pupil at St Aloysius College in Hornsey Lane, Archway, lived with his family in Evershot Road, Finsbury Park.
He was attacked on June 26 at the junction of Tollington Way and Axminster Road, Holloway, near his home.
The Common Serjeant of London, Judge Brian Barker, QC, ordered that a review of the case and the evidence should take place on January 25. He fixed a trial date for April 28.
