Town Centre chairman dies of heart attack, 54
IAN Gault, chairman of the Holloway Nag’s Head Town Centre Management Group, has died tragically of a heart attack, aged 54.
Mr Gault, a partner in estate agents Drivers and Norris, is widely regarded to have been behind many of the improvements to the centre, including better policing.
The funeral and Humanist ceremony is being held at Enfield Crematorium next Wednesday January 30 at 2.30pm. He leaves a wife Julie and three children.
Lib Dem Cllr Terry Stacy, Executive Member for Regeneration, said: “He will be sadly missed by all that knew him – he was someone who stood up for Nags Head and cared passionately about improving it for the benefit of all.”
