Warm words
• I WAS recently lucky enough to have my entire heating and hot water system renewed by Castle Point on behalf of Homes for Islington (HfI), having (finally) had my boiler condemned by British Gas.
I must say how impressed I was by Castle Point in every respect.
They arrived precisely on time at 8am, and had the whole redundant system removed and taken away by 9am (with their supervisor kindly arriving with breakfast rolls for the crew at 8.30am).
The complete new system was installed, up and running by sundown, leaving just a little tidying up to be done by their electrician the next working day, and all with the friendliest attitude.
Every so often HfI gets something right, and when its contract comes up Castle Point must surely be kept on the books.
