Murder jury will see CCTV
SIX weeks have been set aside for the trial of four youths accused of murdering a schoolboy in Holloway.
Judge Brian Barker, the Common Serjeant of London, was told at the Old Bailey that about 100 hours of CCTV footage have been scanned by detectives who are to compile a film for jurors.
It will be seen at the trial on April 28 of the alleged killers of Martin Dinnegan, 14,
The accused, two of whom cannot be named as they are juveniles, include Sean Clark, 19, from Bennett Court, Axminster Road, Holloway, and Rene John-Baptiste, 20, from Plaistow, east London.
A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old are, like their co-accused, being held in custody. They all deny a murder count.
Martin, a pupil at St
Aloysius College in Hornsey Lane, Archway, lived with his family in Evershot Road, Finsbury Park.
He was attacked on the evening of June 26 last year, at the junction of Tollington Way and Axminster Road, Holloway, near his home.
