In praise of enterprise

• READERS who own or manage businesses may be interested to know that next week is National Enterprise Week. Throughout the country, events in the private and public sectors will celebrate enterprise and encourage entrepreneurs of all ages.
There will be a wide range of events in Islington open to businesses and details are available from me at the chamber or at www.enterpriseweek.org.uk/organisations/london

The chamber’s own contribution is a speed networking meeting on Thursday evening. It is a variation on the speed dating concept but with strong business networking opportunities. It is a lot of fun while being instructive too.
