Centre for excellence: Olympic hero hosts gymnastics class

OLYMPIC gymnast Louis Smith shared champion’s tips with children at Golden Lane Leisure Centre on Sunday.
Bronze medallist Mr Smith – the first Briton to win a medal in individual Olympics Gymnastics in 100 years – gave a masterclass to children aged from five to 11 at the leisure centre in Finsbury.
He taught the children how to perfect their skills in jumping, acrobatics and
gymnastics.
Mr Smith also gave a talk to the youngsters, took part in a question and answer session and signed autographs.
