Is anyone checking?

• ISLINGTON Council’s annual meeting appointed representatives to outside bodies. Did the representatives receive payment either as a wage or expenses from these outside bodies for their services over the last three years?
Could we also be told whether the payments are recorded and in the public domain? Are they additional to council allowances? Who monitors, reviews or scrutinises these payments, if anyone?
